our approach - MEETING WITH you TO IDENTIFY YOUR NEEDS
Our approach is to meet with you at your home in order to clearly identify your needs and present lifestyles with the objective of finding a similar residence which will provide a comfortable and secure environment with the appropriate services. During this meeting the advisor will help you establish your monthly budget, this will allow you to know the approximate maximum rent you can afford each month. To do so you will need to calculate your total net income and subtract your current expenses not included in your lease (for example : telephone, television, clothing, activities and medication).
This must absolutely reflect the maximum amount, in case you might have forgotten to calculate certain expenses or in the event that your situation would change along the way resulting in the need for additional services. By establishing your budget it gives you an indicator of an amount for your monthly lease which should not be exceeded. It is always preferable to also have some leeway.
We have Senior Living Advisors who cover the entire island of Montreal, Laval, Laurentiens, Lanaudière, South Shore, Montérégie, Estrie and Sherbrooke. Our advisors are very familiar with all residences in their sector and the will help you determine what your needs are and target the corresponding residences.
