ACCÈS RÉSIDENCES SENIOR LIVING ADVISORS

Through ethical behaviour, our Senior Living Advisors uphold the following standards of practice:

• Code of ethics at Accès Résidence means having the interest of our clients at heart at all times.  To never intentionally take advantage of his/her trust. 
• Our Advisors will make sure to fully understand the client’s requirements by obtaining and confirming information in regards to his/her needs.
• With the information supplied by the client, Accès Résidences Advisors will start the search process with the objective of recommending residences which corresponds best to his/her needs.
• We will always act in good faith. Standards of ethics will diligently be respected at all times, with honesty, integrity, fairly and in a professional manner.
• Our team of professionals will protect the confidentiality of the client’s personal information to be used only for reasons for which they were gathered and will be referred to only by authorized individuals.
• Accès Résidences Advisors agree that their responsibilities are not restricted to solely what is indicated above but will always exercise integrity in dealing with clients in all situations.

Accès Résidences is a team of dedicated Senior Living Advisors, member of the Quebec Association of Consultants for Services to Seniors (ACSAQ), which respect a code of ethics favoring sound practices in order to offer seniors an assistance service in the search of a private residence.  Our advisor work in collaboration with healthcare professionals to better answer your needs.
