My name is Fabienne Coullerez – President of Accès Résidences

I have an academic background with 15 years of experience as a Specialized Educator.  I have decided to make a career change and occupy the position Co-President for Accès Résidences.  Affected by the challenges in which the families and caregivers encounter when having to relocate an elderly person, my role is to make sure that the agency, Accès Résidences has its own signature brand which sets us apart.  “The Humane Path towards finding a Home” has become our approach at the forefront of the services we offer.

Very well aware of the social context and difficult conditions the elderly people are faced with, my mandate consists of distinguishing the agency amongst the different influential centers in the field.  Furthermore, my work aims to inform others on the mission of Accès Résidences, being facilitating access to certified senior residences.

My main concern is the elderly person, but the caregiver is as well.  Listening, being attentive and respectful are values and a solid foundation I share with our clientele and team of advisors.

Accès Résidences is a team of Senior Living Advisors, members of  l’ACHQ.  Our advisors participate in continued training programs in connection with our field.  They are dedicated and respect a code of ethics favoring sound practices.  Accès Résidences offers seniors a service in the search of high standard private residences.  We work in close collaboration with health professionals to better respond to the needs of our seniors.

Natasha Di Ielsi – Business Development Coordinator

My name is Natasha Di Ielsi and I am the Business Development Coordinator for Accès Résidences.  My interest for elderly people began when I was very young and through my voluntary work.  Afterwards, it was during my Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation that the bond strengthened.

I have over ten years experience of working with seniors.  I have worked whether as a recreational therapist or a Living Advisor within a group of private residences.   As a result, I learned more how to become aware and understand the needs of this valuable clientele.  I am cognizant of the most important elements when searching for a seniors’ residence.  For instance, a warm and welcoming living environment while considering the budget as well as the care and services needed for each resident.  I am patient, devoted, compassionate and a good listener.

I regularly visit the private senior residences and its surrounding area and my objective is to advise and guide seniors and their families help find the best-suited secure environment for their needs and budget.

It is through both her personal and professional journey that Thérèse Nha-Khanh Pham found her vocation: supporting seniors and their families in the search for a living environment that truly suits them.

As the only child of aging parents, Thérèse developed at a young age a deep understanding of aging and a natural sensitivity to the wellbeing of seniors. This close connection led her to be involved with older adults throughout her life, with respect, attentiveness, and compassion.

A healthcare professional, she has many years of experience working with individuals living with chronic conditions or loss of autonomy. As a mobility specialist at a visual rehabilitation center in Montréal, she supports people with visual impairments daily, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
