- have all received the “Advisor +” training; ;
- Specific training on cognitive and physical disorders in the elderly.

- Knowledge of medical language facilitating communication with social workers in the public health network.
- have the expertise to assess the quality standards of certified private residences;
- are professionals who have the necessary experience to understand your reality and that of those close to you;
- accompanies you throughout the selection process and even during residence visits.
