Our advisors operate in every region and have extensive knowledge of the private residences network. They take the time to understand your reality, needs and current lifestyle in order to guide you toward a residence that perfectly suits you and offers comfort, security and adapted services.
We conduct meetings at your home or by videoconference, manage the entire research and visit process and work with you until you’re settled in your new home and even after, if you need our help. Our service is free of charge for families. Our partner residences cover the fees and this has no impact on rental costs or lease terms. Rates are the same across the board and are structured by the Ministry of Health and Social Services, which ensures absolute transparency.

Understanding your situation and needs
During an initial meeting, we take the time to pinpoint your needs, expectations and desired lifestyle.
We also review your budget and help you to calculate the maximum amount you can dedicate to rent based on your current income and spending. To ensure sustainable financial comfort, some leeway is always recommended.
This step allows you to clearly define your criteria and target residences that are truly adapted to your situation.

Visiting and comparing residences
Once your profile has been created, your advisor will propose preselected residences that align with your needs and accompany you during each visit.
Before and during visits, they’ll help you to assess key elements such as:
- Services offered and related costs;
- Care provided and qualified staff;
- The environment, cleanliness and resident wellbeing;
- The policy in the event of autonomy loss;
- Your thoughts.
No agreement is entered into until you’re fully at ease. The advisor’s role is to protect your interests and help you to make an informed choice.

Choosing a residence and moving with confidence
Once you’ve found the perfect residence, your advisor will help you to read and understand the lease.
They’ll ensure that important information has been provided to you and explained. This includes:
- The services offered;
- Healthcare services and related costs;
- The residence’s bylaws;
- Terms and conditions of lease termination;
- Information related to tax credits.
We can also help you with organizing your move and refer you to trusted partners (movers, notaries and tax specialists, for example) and resources for selling your family home where required.
