Hello, I introduce myself, Stéphane Vallée, Advisor for Seniors at Accès Résidences. The esteem and respect I feel for seniors has been instrumental in my choice to help this clientele.
A university graduate in education and health management, I spent more than thirty years working in the health and education field as a psychosocial worker and community organizer at the CISSS. I specialized in gerontology and support in palliative care.
In 2011, I created my company "Coaching Workshop" which offers health and wellness workshops and accompaniment support to help break the isolation of seniors. In addition, I taught at the Faculty of Education at UQTR. In 2018, I received the Governor's Medal for my community involvement and volunteerism with UNESCO Canada.
I am recognized for my professionalism, my leadership, my listening and finding a solution. My good mood and my authenticity make me an easy person to approach with whom we like to maintain the relationship.
As an advisor at Accès Résidences, I intervene with a humanist approach to meet the needs of customers by caring for the person with a warm and respectful of differences.
